These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PestPinpoint (the "Site"), operated by PestPinpoint ("we", "us") — a legal entity to be established (not yet incorporated). By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What we are — and what we are not

PestPinpoint is a free quote-matching (lead referral) service. We connect homeowners with licensed local pest control providers through third-party lead-distribution networks. We are not a pest control company. We do not perform inspections or treatments, we do not employ or control the providers, and we do not guarantee that any provider will contact you or that any quote, price, license, or service will meet your expectations.

2. No professional advice; no endorsement

Cost ranges and pest information on the Site are general guidance for typical U.S. situations and are not a quote, an appraisal, or professional advice. We do not endorse, recommend, or warrant any provider. You are solely responsible for vetting any provider — including verifying their license, insurance, and suitability — and for any agreement you enter into with them.

3. Your submission and consent to contact

When you submit a request, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are the authorized user of the phone number and email provided. By checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted as described in the consent language and our Privacy Policy (Section 6). Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may opt out at any time.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit false information or another person's contact details without authorization.
  • Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or overload it, or to interfere with its operation.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content, layout, and brand are owned by PestPinpoint or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND THE MATCHING SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PESTPINPOINT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, WORK, OR CONDUCT OF ANY PEST CONTROL PROVIDER, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PROVIDER ENGAGEMENT. Any dispute about the work you receive is between you and the provider.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PestPinpoint harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
