Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026
1. Who we are
PestPinpoint is a free quote-matching (lead referral) service — we are not a pest control company and do not perform inspections or treatments. We connect homeowners with licensed local pest control providers through the lead-distribution networks described in Section 4.
PestPinpoint is currently operated as an independent project. A registered operating entity is legal entity to be established (not yet incorporated); this policy will be updated with the entity's name and address once it is formed.
Mailing address: address pending — to be added before launch
Privacy contact: privacy@pestpinpoint.com
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us in the quote form: the pest problem, ZIP code, property type, ownership, timeframe, and your name, phone number and email.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser/user-agent, the page URL, and how long you spent on the form.
- Consent records: the exact consent language shown to you, a timestamp, and the certificate/token described in Section 5.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive identifiers, and we do not sell data to data brokers.
3. How we use your information
- To connect you with pest control providers who can contact you with quotes.
- To qualify and route your request to the right providers for your location and pest.
- To document your consent and prevent fraud, as required by law.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
4. How we share your information
When you submit a request, we share the information you provided with the lead-distribution network(s) below, which route it to licensed pest control providers (and their authorized contact/marketing service providers) so those providers can contact you with quotes:
- Networx Systems, Inc. — Lead-distribution marketplace. Routes your request to the licensed pest control providers in its network ("Networx Buyers") so they can contact you with quotes. www.networx.com
- PX (px.com) — Lead exchange. Distributes your request in real time to vetted pest control providers who match your location and service need. px.com
A current list of the recipients we share with is maintained on our Partners page. Ultimate recipients: Licensed local pest control providers, and the lead-distribution networks listed above that route your request to them, together with their authorized contact/marketing service providers.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell your information to data brokers.
5. Lead verification & consent tools
To document that you gave consent and to verify lead authenticity, we use third-party compliance services on our forms:
- ActiveProspect TrustedForm — captures a certificate of your form session as proof of consent. See ActiveProspect's privacy policy at activeprospect.com.
- Jornaya (LeadiD) — records an independent lead event token documenting your interaction. See Jornaya's privacy policy at jornaya.com.
6. Analytics & cookies
To understand how visitors find and use the site, we use website analytics. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect information such as the pages you view, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), device and browser type, and referring source.
- Google Analytics 4 — measurement only. We run it with IP anonymization and have disabled all Google advertising features (no ad personalization, no ad data sharing), so this is used to measure site traffic, not to build advertising profiles or sell data. See Google's policy at policies.google.com/privacy; you can opt out site-wide with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless measurement tool that does not use cookies or collect personal data.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) for analytics: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we disable analytics cookies (Google Consent Mode is set to deny analytics storage). Because we do not enable advertising features, our use of analytics is not a "sale" or "share" of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA.
7. TCPA consent
By submitting the quote form and checking the consent box, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for PestPinpoint and the pest control providers and partners listed on our Partners page to contact you at the phone number and email you provided — including by automatic telephone dialing system, automated technology, artificial or pre-recorded/AI voice, SMS/MMS, and email — even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You may revoke consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@pestpinpoint.com.
8. Your choices & opt-outs
- Revoke marketing consent: reply STOP to texts, or email privacy@pestpinpoint.com.
- Do Not Sell or Share: use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor browser GPC signals as a valid request to opt out of sharing — this also disables analytics cookies (see Section 6).
- Analytics opt-out: use Google's opt-out browser add-on, or send a GPC signal.
9. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Because we share your information with lead buyers for monetary or other valuable consideration, that sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA. You can opt out at any time via our Do Not Sell or Share page, and we honor GPC signals.

10. Retention & security
We retain consent records for approximately five (5) years to meet TCPA recordkeeping obligations, and other data for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
